When a legacy educational institute like BITS Pilani sought to elevate its alumni recognition program, Xclusiv stepped in to create a powerful, cohesive system of bespoke trophies, each one distinct, yet united by a shared design DNA. Through its signature event award management approach, Xclusiv translated the institution’s pride, heritage, and vision into physical symbols of achievement.

The trophy system was built around two core forms:

Mandala Awards – Inspired by BITS’ iconic circular motif, these custom alumni awards were crafted in anodized aluminium with satin and gloss finishes. Each variant- Gold, Rose Gold, or Black was assigned to a different honour, establishing hierarchy through subtle material storytelling.

Ratna Trophy – Sculpted around the silhouette of BITS’ legendary clock tower, this piece featured solid aluminum and Swarovski crystal detailing, celebrating leadership and service with architectural dignity.
​
Together, these pieces formed a unified language of recognition, elegant, minimal, and deeply connected to the BITS identity.
